SONIQ Send terms

SONIQ Send is run by We Are One 1 Limited (trading as SONIQ Labs), 124 City Road, London. Company No. 15052885.

Acceptable use

• Only send files you have the right to share.
• No malware, phishing, spam, or content that is illegal in the UK, including terrorist content and child sexual abuse material.
• Don't use SONIQ Send as permanent storage or as a public download host.

Safety

Every file is virus-scanned before anyone is notified. Files that fail are deleted and the transfer is stopped. Files too large for the scanner are clearly marked as unscanned.

Reporting

Every download page has a "Report this transfer" link. Reports are reviewed by SONIQ, and transfers are taken down when they break these terms. Child-safety reports disable a transfer immediately. You can also email support@soniqlabs.co.uk.

Your data

Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 within the EU and deleted automatically when the transfer expires, or sooner if the sender deletes it. We keep transfer records (sender, recipients, IP addresses, download events) for security and abuse handling. Email is delivered by Resend.
